This free workshop is for Placer County ranchers and farmers with productive agriculture, and will explore how agricultural conservation easements work and how an easement can benefit you and your ranch.
Agricultural Conservation Easements are designed to protect farms and ranches from development, to ensure farm and ranch viability for future generations, to conserve grazing and cultivated lands, and provide financial benefits to landowners.
