Her goal is to ensure that people from all different backgrounds feel welcome on the land we protect together. She is a member of Conservationists of Color.
In her spare time, Elia enjoys heading out on the many trails in the area, gardening, and gabbing with friends and family over good food and drink.
“I am so thrilled to have the chance to work with Placer Land Trust to bring people together to protect and enjoy the beauty that Placer County has to offer. My parents raised me with the American River Canyon as my backyard and it brings me so much joy to see people out thriving with mother nature as their copilot! I feel so privileged to be able to do work that also just happens to be my hobby. Can’t wait to see you out there!”
