Ticket sales end Monday, October 17!

What: This all-ages Oktoberfest-style gathering takes place in the outside dining area at Kathrin’s Biergarten. It includes appetizers, drinks, fun activities, and a chance to check out some of the auction items being auctioned off online. You won’t want to miss the short program where you’ll hear the latest news about Placer Land Trust and help us celebrate Paul Aronowitz, the recipient of the 2022 Placer Conservator Award!

Where: Kathrin’s Biergarten, 4810 Granite Drive A1, Rocklin

6:00pm – Event begins – arrive any time before 7:00pm
7:00 – 7:30pm – Short program
9:00pm – Event ends – stay as long as you like after the program ends

Tickets:
Adults: $35 for Placer Land Trust members, $40 for general public
Kids (17 and under): $20 for Placer Land Trust members, $25 for general public

Tickets include appetizers and one drink ticket for beer, wine, cider, or soda. Additional drinks can be purchased at the bar.


Attire:           

This is a casual event that takes place outdoors, so please dress in attire that is comfortable for the weather.

We do not send out physical tickets for the event. You will check in upon arrival to confirm attendance and receive your name tag.

Placer Land Trust has the entire outside area reserved. There may be members from the general public dining indoors.

What time does it all start?

  • 6:00-6:45    Check-in (please arrive no later than 6:45pm to ensure you’re checked in before the program begins)
  • 6:00-7:00    Social time – appetizers and drinks served. Be sure to preview some of the auction items while it’s still light out
  • 7:00-7:30    Short program
  • 7:30-9:00    Social time – appetizers and drinks served
  • 9:00            Good night, drive safe

Are food and drinks included?

Appetizers will be available at a buffet table. Each guest will also receive one drink ticket at check-in for wine, beer, cider, or soda. You can purchase additional drinks at the bar. Please note that you will need to enter the restaurant to access the bar for your drinks.

Payment Options:

There is nothing to buy at the event, but donations are appreciated. We can accept cash, checks and all credit cards for donations. If you choose to purchase additional drinks, you can do so at the restaurant bar with credit cards or cash.

Can I bid on auction items at the event?

We will have some auction items at the event for you to preview. All bidding takes place online, and you can bid from your phone at the event if you like. The auction runs from Oct. 17 at 8am to Oct. 23 at 8pm. You may view all items and bid here.


Your donations during Conservation Celebration Week are an investment in the future of Placer County!  When we all give what we can, together we can position Placer Land Trust to not only be here for the long haul, but to respond to changing needs, conditions, and opportunities as they arise.
