
Twiana Armstrong is an accomplished leader, coach, and strategist who believes that real transformation begins within. As a longtime Placer County resident, community leader, and strategic advisor, she is deeply committed to initiatives that protect, strengthen, and sustain the communities we call home.
Twiana’s work centers on helping individuals and organizations move from potential to purpose. Over the past 25 years, she has led high-performing teams across multiple industries, specializing in strategic planning, systems thinking, change management, and organizational development. In 2020, Twiana founded It’s Personal Enterprises as a platform to share the lessons, insights, and leadership practices that have defined her career, and to help others “grow the person to grow the leader.”
She is also the founder of seeMYchild, a nonprofit that showcases the accomplishments of youth, coordinates community unity events (including Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and Juneteenth), offers student scholarships, and facilitates courageous conversations focused on DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging).
