It was another great Big Day of Giving in the Greater Sacramento region! The event organizers, Sacramento Region Community Foundation, shared: “During this year’s Big Day of Giving, tens of thousands of people from around the capital area gave to the causes that matter and raised a record $13.8 million for hundreds of local nonprofits. We’re blown away. Thank you for your generosity!”
At Placer Land Trust, we definitely felt that love and generosity. Our staff and board members couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! 430 donors (both new and longtime supporters) gave over $183,000 to show our region how much protected natural and agricultural land means to them. We can’t wait to put these investments to work and share our progress with you in the near future… keep your eyes open for some exciting announcements this summer!
