Can’t make it to the events? You can still make an investment in the future of Placer County! Donations from this year’s Conservation Celebration Week will support quality stewardship of the land in Placer Land Trust’s care. This will include protecting wildlife habitat, reducing fuel loads to manage risk of fire and improve forest health, removing trash and other impacts from humans, restoring streams and wetlands, managing livestock grazing leases with local ranchers, controlling invasive plants, building and maintaining trails, as well as facilitating educational tours and conservation research on our preserves. This is not just today’s cause but one we gladly take on for generations to come. We hope you’ll join us in supporting the responsible care of our treasured landscapes — it’s a forever job!
As an event sponsor, your tax-deductible investment supports Placer Land Trust’s work of protecting natural and agricultural land, restoring habitat, and enhancing outdoor recreation which makes Placer County a great place to live, work and play… now and forever!
