Thanks to our members, Placer Land Trust had a very successful 2014-2015 fiscal year! We protected new properties, took hundreds of people on exciting outdoor adventures, and provided many opportunities for our volunteers to make a meaningful impact in Placer County—just to name a few successes. Thanks to the support of members like you, Placer Land Trust protected 3,966 acres this year, bringing our total to 18,930 acres preserved for generations to come! And while that metric is an important one, it’s not the only measure we use to mark our success.
From protecting six new preserves, to record-setting levels of engagement on our lands, to the fun of gathering with our members and supporters in person — 2022 was quite a year! 2021 was a year of stewarding our lands, reflecting on the past, and planning for our future. We wrapped up our 30th anniversary, feeling proud of what we’ve accomplished together, and dreaming about what’s possible.
